Trouble with kaleidos when more than 20 logon

Hello,

 

Having major issue with kaleidos when more than 20 users logon it start to give the "page cannot be displayed" error in IE7

 

it is hosted by out LA who say nothing is wrong there end and other schools are OK.

 

My network manager says all is good as other website still work when the page cannot be displayed is showing on kaleidos our end so i am at a loss

 

We use ISA server as a proxy with XP clients using IE7.

 

Thought i would ask you guy if you had any ideas.

Get the LA and RM to check, check and recheck their settings at their end - we've all had fun with Kaleidos....

Still having issues with this. RM have tested our accounts on another site and said no problems were found. i am well stuck:confused:
