Scheduled Task Error code 0x35

Anyone know what the error code "0x35" is for windows scheduled tasks?

I run a number of scripts at vairous times to shut down blocks of comptuers sometimes they have this error.

 

Given that they seem to work I'm guessing that it's to do with a computer not being on when the shutdown command runs. As it can't run the whole of that script successfully it generates the error code. But that's a guess and I wondered if anyone had an answer.
