Minibooks and WPA

Quickly becoming the bane of my hopefully short and futile existence..the minibooks we have seem to have really quirky behavioural issues when using WPA-PSK. Has anyone seen an issue whereby an 8 character key is fine, as is 9 up to 11...as soon as you have a 12 character key, it just stops working and can't get a DCHP lease...Done all the updates etc...

 

Nightmare for parents who are trying to get connected at home without tons of experience or knowledge on WPA. It took me an hour to get it going at home....and I have pieces of paper to prove my intelligence.....
