clear old cookies on log off (or log on)

Here is a script I found that clears old cookies (currently set at 2 months) which is useful for people using roaming profiles. We thought about excluding the cookies folder but staff would complain bitterly so we got this script that deletes any cookies over 2 months old (based on last modified date) at log off which should boost log on times.

I did not code it originally but I cant find the page I got it from now.
