Has anyone experienced the above company. Their web is IT Support, Computer Repair, Software & Networking for Schools in the UK - Class Technology Solutions Limited

We have a similar thing going on here now (surprise audit incoming!) - any news on how this place works?

As a technician in a school that moved to CTS, they made us interview for our own jobs, and was seemingly lieing to SMT while being nice to our faces, whether this was because they thought we'd command too much money, or whether they wanted to try and move us elsewhere, I'll never know as everyone found better jobs and left.

 

From the staff that I've spoken to since, they have a poorer response, have often broke things by not following guides left behind and trying to do things themselves, and generally disliked.

 

I've had teachers tell me that CTS was apparently one of the factors that made them leave a school...

From similar situations in the corporate support world, I was kind of expecting this kind of answer, but was always hoping for something brighter.
