unixman Posted October 21, 2008 Posted October 21, 2008 Doh! A Windoze program to recover Linux files! I don't think so. The correct method is with debugfs. There are loads of examples on the web available if you don't know how to drive this very simple utility. Essentially you recover the inode. However, if you've shredded the file, it's gone. 1
