[ms office - 2007] Spell Check inside Text Boxes

Hi,

 

I am having real trouble getting Word 2007 to spell check inside a text box!

 

The document is a letterhead that our receptionist is using, it is setup so that the all the images and bacis setup are on the page then the text goes inside a text box so to not change the pages origional layout.

 

But word will not spell check the any text that goes inside the textbox, although it will autocorrect to using capital letters and grammatical errors, but not spelling errors.

 

If you could shed any light on this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

I have put all my letterhead info into the header and footer. Makes them quite big but then you havent got to worry about making sure the text box is in the right place.

Still no joy, when I log onto the same workstation Word Checks inside the text box fine so one would presume that it may be an issue with the users profile?

 

Should I rename her Application Data folder so a new one is created on startup?

 

Might this solve the issue?
