jumpinjamez Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 Hello i have imagemixer3 se which came with some canon SD digital video cameras the problem is i cannot install it, when i install it it trys to connect to the net to registerbut fails so tells me to call them with the camera serial number but the number does not work it is +800-1532-4865 any ideas would be great. i need this software to get the videos clips off the camera unless anyone has an alternative method?

mac_shinobi Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 (edited) .mov is obviously quicktime movie - if you have quicktime pro you should be able to convert it using quicktime or I did find this : Convert MOV to AVI If that is no use then I would suggest looking in the convert sections of VideoHelp.com - Forum, Guides, Tools and hardware lists or Doom9.net - The Definitive DVD Backup Resource found this : http://www.videohelp.com/tools/SUPER also there is handbrake - think thats for apple macs though.
