kearton Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 Outlook won't let me add in any email accounts (see attached pic). I've reinstalled Office but this makes no difference. If I log into my PC as a different user it works fine. Has anyone seen this before or got any ideas please? Cheers
Domino Posted September 23, 2008 Posted September 23, 2008 Hmm, it could be a group policy setting, These limitations are set in the Windows registry by setting the DisableHTTP/DisableIMAP/etc options in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Options to 1. could check that it could also be a missing windows component
kearton Posted September 23, 2008 Author Posted September 23, 2008 (edited) I've never had Office XP installed on this PC so there's no "10.0" in the reg. And nothing resembling that in 11.0 either hmmm Edited September 23, 2008 by kearton fix typo
