ahuxham Posted September 18, 2008 Posted September 18, 2008 Morning all, Anyone use pre-logon wireless on their laptops? Our Intel ones seem to be fine, intel has its own tool to manage this, however we now have 4 x Toshiba A300's and albeit the driver is available, I can find no utility to start pre-logon wireless as these will be floating ART laptops. Is there a generic tool that can be used? (Much like the oodles of pre-logon VPN clients out there)(WPA2-PSK, as no radius setup) Its using the Realtek RTL8187B. Any ideas, thoughts would be greatly recieved.
plexer Posted September 18, 2008 Posted September 18, 2008 Windows Zero Config seems to be better than most utilities but even this is not faultless. I'd like a windows client for this that checks the connection and flags up when it's not present so people don't waste time trying to log on. Ben
