Windows 11 mouse pointer disappearing

Hi,

 

We have a user device that the mouse pointer disappears at random times I have re-installed the graphic driver and other drivers and tweaked around with the control panel does anyone have any ideas

Do you use Veyon? as it was last time i checked it was a known bug.
