Inventry shortcut

Hi,

 

We are currently moving away from Hybrid AD setup via intune and autopilot and moving to Entra only

 

I have one user device on entra only where the inventory shortcut opens then crashes it happens regardless if the user or an admin account is logged in it affects one user no other user has this problem on hybrid AD devices 

 

has anyone encountered this or have a fix?
