Bromcom Support

We are looking to move away from our local LEA support. Have reached out to Bromcom Direct, TurnITon and SCOMIS.

 

Any recommendations or feedback on either. SCOMIS were brilliant with SIMs but not sure what they are like with Bromcom.

To be perfectly honest, I am not that happy with Scomis. It usually boils down to I log a ticket, get one reply at day until eventually the agent just escalates it with Bromcom anyway.

 

We would't be raising lots of tickets, just when we do, it genuinely is something not working as expected.

Bromcom direct is fine for us. We log a ticket and its usually delt with very quickly if its solvable. I don't see why you need a third party.

We were with Scomis for SIMS, they were very good at supporting that tbh
