Jobos Posted August 26 Posted August 26 I’m trying to add an iPad to our Apple School Manager using the Apple Configurator app. I get the iPad to the WiFi screen and scan the spinning dots with the configurator app. It looks like it’s working but the iPad gets stuck on adding iPad screen which it stays on for a few minutes before giving the error. Any ideas?
Hamster Posted August 28 Posted August 28 What are you using Apple Configuration Manager on? Are you pushing a Wi-Fi Profile to the device via Apple Configuration Manager? I've had a similar issue before, where it would just fail to provision, turns out the device was trying to call home and failing over Wi-Fi, so I had to turn on Internet Sharing on the Mac we were running Apple Configuration Manager on so that it would communicate when the device was wiped and then provisioned.

I was using an iPhone but in the end I tried adding the iPad with a code and that worked. 1
