Moodle Staff cannot create courses now..

I've had Moodle 1.9 running since the middle of the holidays.

 

It is configured to authenticate against AD and anyone in a certain OU as Course Creators.

 

This has been working fine and nothing has been changed.

 

However now when people login they do not have any options they should have, it's like they have a basic account with no priviledges even though when I look at the Role Assignments pages they are still listed as Course Creators...

I've changed the view to Categories not Courses and things seem ok now.
