Join one of the UK's leading independent schools as a Senior ICT Technician, supporting a multi-site Microsoft 365 environment across Canford Schools Group. This hands-on senior role combines IT support leadership with responsibility for M365 administration, Intune-managed devices, network infrastructure, cloud services, and IT projects. 

 

You'll lead the helpdesk function, provide exceptional support to staff and students, manage Windows and iPad fleets, support examinations, maintain network services, and help drive technology improvements across the growing schools group. 

 

Key Skills & Experience: 

• Strong IT support and helpdesk leadership experience 

• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint & Exchange Online administration 

• Intune and endpoint management (Windows & iOS) 

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills 

• Knowledge of networking, wireless, VLANs and firewalls desirable
