Bromcom - Dinners and MCAS Configuration

I am looking at enabling dinners in MCAS, as we'll be moving away from our current School Money payment and doing it all within MCAS. However, I am unsure how to input the dinners into Bromcom for parent selection in MCAS. I have the Bromcom guide, but the images aren't loading for me and I'm not sure how to enter our meal setup.

 

We run a 3 week menu, with alternating meals.

 

Week 1 - Monday - RED - Meat option 1, GREEN - Veggie option 1, BLUE - Fish of the day

Week 1 - Tuesday - RED - Meat option 2, GREEN - Veggie option 2, BLUE - Fish of the day

Week 1 - Wednesday - RED - Meat option 3, GREEN - Veggie option 3, BLUE - Fish of the day

Week 1 - Thursday - RED - Meat option 4, GREEN - Veggie option 4, BLUE - Fish of the day

Week 1 - Friday - RED - Meat option 5, GREEN - Veggie option 5, BLUE - Fish of the day

 

Week 2 - Monday - RED - Meat option 6, GREEN - Veggie option 6, BLUE - Fish of the day

Week 2 - Tuesday - RED - Meat option 7, GREEN - Veggie option 7, BLUE - Fish of the day

Week 2 - Wednesday - RED - Meat option 3, GREEN - Veggie option 8, BLUE - Fish of the day (RED same as week 1 Wednesday)

Week 2 - Thursday - RED - Meat option 9, GREEN - Veggie option 9, BLUE - Fish of the day

Week 2 - Friday - RED - Meat option 10, GREEN - Veggie option 10, BLUE - Fish of the day (RED same as week 1 Friday)

 

Week 3 - Monday - RED - Meat option 11, GREEN - Veggie option 11, BLUE - Fish of the day

Week 3 - Tuesday - RED - Meat option 12, GREEN - Veggie option 12, BLUE - Fish of the day

Week 3 - Wednesday - RED - Meat option 13, GREEN - Veggie option 13, BLUE - Fish of the day

Week 3 - Thursday - RED - Meat option 14, GREEN - Veggie option 14, BLUE - Fish of the day

Week 3 - Friday - RED - Meat option 5, GREEN - Veggie option , BLUE - Fish of the day (RED same as week 1 Friday)

 

I am unsure if I create a separate meal for each of the individual items listed above and then link them to a day/week or something else.
