Chrome Sync Without User Intervention

All I ever wanted was Chrome Sync to be automatic just how Edge works but sadly no.

I wanted to know if anyone may have figured out the sign-in options without any user interventions?

 

I would not like like to use GCPW to sign in using the Google UI as that can be confusing for some.

 

Has anyone figured out a way?

 

So far i have 

Staff Portal/Student Portal that opens on first use which is a Google Sites and then adjusted the URL to match my school domain which then SSOs into microsoft and then logs in

next is the pop up box prompting to ask for sync.

 

this is so far the most efficient method and bypasses the 2-Step verification and forced sign in.
