SIMS database not being backed up?

Hi,

 

Recently we've had two hard disk failures on two Sims.net machines. They have been rebuilt, all data restored through Attix5 but now it refuses to backup the sims database on both. The following appears in the log (log file attached)

Message: 10:22:14 [sIMS/FMS Plugin] Starting SIMS Backup

Message: 10:22:14 [sIMS/FMS Plugin] Loading configuration

Message: 10:22:14 [sIMS/FMS Plugin] Backing up SIMS SQL Database

Error: 10:22:14 [sIMS/FMS Plugin] Failed to backup SIMS database

 

I've checked the sims plugin details and it all looks correct. Am I missing something?

Did the Attix5 server actually restore the SQL back into the database or did you manually do it?

 

I'm wondering whether SQL is listening on a network interface or not ...
