did you end up finding one ?

Afraid not.  We've evaluated a LOT of platforms but nothing so far. Also spoke to Microsoft directly - they say it's the "job of the reseller to explain how MS aligns with standards". Spoke to multiple resellers.  They tell me to read MS T&C, or want us to buy more expensive licences (which still wouldn't give us the safeguards we need).  Those who do understand the DFE standards say it's Microsoft's job to be more explicit but they don't have the power to move a US tech giant towards UK standards.  Circular argument.

If you do find anything please do let us know!
