Dos_Box Posted April 2 Posted April 2 Apple turned 50 yesterday, so happy birthday to them from all of us here. Even though most of us PC enthusiasts often give them the side-eye, there is no denying the innovations, technology leaps and advancements they have come out with over the years. Although, can we blame them for introducing the idea of the smartphone, which is an idea that has got well out of hand I think and the iPod, which then made what used to be realtively affordable headphones into major purchases. I would also note that when the iPad launched we all scratched our collective heads in the forums and tried to figure out what use it could possibly be. Sometimes, we techies are not very smart.
ZeroHour Posted April 2 Posted April 2 I spotted there was a quiz: https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2026/apr/01/apple-at-50-quiz I got 6 out of 12....
Dos_Box Posted April 2 Author Posted April 2 8 out of 12 😛 It would have been 9 but I misread the question on their HQ building. And I got a couple of lucky guesses
