edge and chrome closing when opened

Hiya, has anyone seen this issue before. We're on windows 11 as standard. we noticed the other day our IT rooms have randomly start closing browsers on loading. On room edge and chrome close straight down when clicked. One room chrome predominantly works but edge doesn't.

we've been through GPOs etc and cannot find anything. any ideas why this might all of a sudden have broken!?

 

Only fix atm we've found is to reimage.
