Morning all,

We've got an issue no one seems to know the answer to.

Our kitchen staff signs in by the back door by tapping the IN reader on the outside, but in order to enter the kitchen building they have to tap the Kitchen Main Door IN reader afterwards (separate building).

Tapping the Back Door IN reader adds them to the Roll Call (Inside School), but the moment they tap the Kitchen Main Door IN reader they disappear from the Roll Call.

Adding or removing the Kitchen Back Door IN reader from the list of Muster Point doors makes no difference (I reinstate/download the setting to the door control after each change).

Avoiding the Kitchen Door IN reader keeps them on the Roll Call.

There is no OUT/Exit reader, just Push To Exit button. Reader 2/OUT is disabled in Net2 and the IN reader is the correct reader (IN/Entry).

Thank you in advance.

For that to happen there must be an integration into whatever rollcall system you're using - you need to be looking at that primarily.

However in the net2 console you should be able to see a Triggers section under View, this should give you something to go on or the ability to remove that trigger entirely. Careful though as it is likely to break said integration.

If you're using the built-in roll call function, I wonder if the two buildings are configured as separate areas.

It could be they are appearing on the roll call for the kitchen building when they tap in there.

Morning all,

First of all, thank you very much for your replies. Very much appreciated.

I think I found the issue, thanks to you.

By the way, entire site is just 2 areas:

I assume all that needs to be done is copy the above settings for the Kitchen Main Door, right? Going from Outside World to Inside World.

I'm a bit confused about the warning message though. There are no setting I can adjust to accommodate the above change?! The Timezone is just permitted hours and an Access Level has a specific Timezone assigned to each door. What am I missing here?

Once again, thank you very much for your help. Much appreciated.
