We have a small number of accounts created as "internal users" in Papercut as they are 3rd parties who don't exist as users in our domain.  These account were only used for photocopying.

Since the latest Papercut upgrade, these users can no longer see the "access device" button on the copiers (Toshiba), and only see print release.

Can anyone advise on why this is happening, and how we can restore that access

Cheers

When using Toshiba embedded devices, the "Access Device" button is not present on the Print Release screen, when Integrated Scanning is not enabled for the device.

The workaround for now is to set the configuration key ext-device.home-screen.force-show to Y, on the device and this will land you on the PaperCut Home Screen, where the "Access Device" button is available.
