Inventry quick scan issues

Hi All

 

Anyone able to help with this, we have a quick scan, pictured below.

 

Unit has been restarted. But still comes up with this message

 

Inventry have suggested a new scanning, but funds are not available.

 

Any help appreciated.

If I remember the quickscans well enough, all it actually needs is likely a new SD card and installation. Not a surprise that Inventry will try and bend you over a barrel though, that's all they're good at
