InTune - Do not create or modify Windows Firewall Rules right now

There are reports of devices losing all connectivity if you create or modify Windows Firewall Rules in InTune currently. I had seen mention in the last day of lots of devices losing all network connections but it may be something to do with InTune policies.

MS are supposed to have an incident for it but it does not show up for me as it may be marked for a region although people have said it is spreading globally.
