Zero 88 problems

I’m having trouble with a Zero88 lightning desk and wondering if someone could offer advice?

 

So I have programmed the desk with the required light configuration and in editing mode I can change through the different sequences and it works fine but when in playback mode the sequences are not there. 
 

I have the sequence light flashing to show the sequence is running. Fade time set to 1 second and sequence speed set to manual and from what I understand I just need to press the sequence button to advance to the next sequence but when I press it nothing happens. 
 

Any advice?

I've always loathed, and avoided, Zero desks.  Just couldn't get to grips with the working style.

Is it just showing the first step, or nothing at all?

 

I would try going back to program mode, bring all the faders involved in the sequence up to full and then back down. Then press clear a few times and go back to run mode.

 

If the faders have been moved and taken back down to zero, they can override the memory and stop the lights from coming on.

 

I'd also double check the A and B master faders as well as the memory master.

 

Lastly check you are in run mode and not preset/2-preset mode

Thanks for the reply and now have it working… the sequence master was down
