PUSB Posted December 11, 2025 Posted December 11, 2025 I am hoping that this is something obvious, I am trying to backfill a staff absence and complete the options process using the SIMS Options module. This year we are running a few additional subjects that we have not run before. As a result of this, they dont appear in the list of subjects that I can add in the options module. If I choose to add a new course, the two letter code, or the list of subjects does not include the additional new subject. How and where do I need to add these in, SIMS? Nova T6? Any simple step by steps would be appreciated massively.

Hi @PUSB Please can you confirm the organisation you are contacting from and your email address and / or contact number so I can progress this. I look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks, Sally
PUSB Posted December 11, 2025 Author Posted December 11, 2025 I cannot send these as part of a private message. I am reluctant to put the details on a public forum.

I have forwarded your enquiry to our SIMS Service Desk and have requested for one of our analysts to reach out to you. Many thanks, Sally
