How to Play

 

Overview: Command RAF Fighter Command in a real-time strategic defence of Britain against Luftwaffe bomber raids. Manage multiple fighter squadrons, allocate sectors, and intercept incoming raids before they destroy vital targets.

 

Controls:

• Left Click Aircraft: Select fighter
• Right Click Map: Set waypoint/patrol circuit
• Right Click Aircraft: Target enemy aircraft
• Mouse Wheel: Zoom in/out
• Backspace key: Remove waypoint from flight path

Game Mechanics:

• Sectors: In multiplayer, each player controls specific sectors with color-coded facilities
• Scramble: Launch fighters from airfields to intercept bombers
• Intercept: Fighters automatically engage when in range of enemy aircraft
• Patrol Circuits: Set waypoint loops for defensive coverage
• Fuel Management: Fighters must return to base before fuel runs out
• Radar: Track enemy formations and plan interceptions

Objectives:

• Prevent bombers from destroying RAF facilities (airfields, radar stations)
• Manage fighter resources across multiple raids
• Survive increasingly difficult waves with higher spawn rates

Strategy Tips:

• Launch early - fighters need time to climb and intercept
• Use patrol circuits to maintain defensive coverage
• Monitor fuel levels and rotate fighters back to base
• Prioritize bombers targeting your sector's facilities
• Watch the radar for incoming raid formations
