ClassCharts Issue + Support

Good morning,

 

If you are a school using ClassCharts are you having issues with loading year groups into Analytics > Attendance > Display All - and then entering a specific year group into the 'Show All Years' search box? Since 4th November we have been unable to show Year 10. We still cannot show Year 10 specific data. Today (and a few days) we've been unable to show any specific year.

 

Support is basically so slow and despite being old it's reached second line support however "The team is very busy at the moment so it is taken them a lot longer then they would like to reach out to customers, they just want to make sure they are providing the best service possible."

 

They are failing to provide the best service possible.

 

Are we the only school with this issue or are others having problems?

I've just tried this and it works for all year groups here. (years 7-13)

We do have other tickets logged with ClassCharts though and have been waiting for a few weeks for any resolution.
