Lessons Not Appearing in Google Calendar

Hi Guys,

Some users are experiencing an issue where their lessons are not showing up in Google Calendar. I’ve taken the following steps to try and resolve it:

• Checked Google Classroom and ensured the lessons were accepted

• Cleared the users’ cache and browsing history

• Confirmed that the lessons are syncing from our third-party service provider (Real Smart) to Google. I’ve contacted their support team, but they haven’t been able to identify the cause.

Has anyone come across this issue before or found a potential fix?
