Wales - Smoothwall config issues

Hi guys long shot but anyone on the PSBA Smoothwall system / Smoothwall Cloud ?

 

Ours is ran by our LEA I think, it works for the most part but have a few issues with how they may have configured it

 

#1 Had to do the SHRN Survey, but the survey was impossible to complete because the filter blocks the Vaping/Smoking questions. LEA won't fix don't have the access to change this?

#2 Keep having random sites blocked because they aren't protected by a suitable CA,  even though the CA for the websites are fine -   For example smoothwall blocks https://a2c.wjec.co.uk   with a bad CA  yet the cert seems fine?

 

LEA deny any issues so wanted to see if anyone else was on here with the same !  I do have limited access to except sites but keywords/categories take precedent that I can't override so whitelisting the SHRN survey URL's doesn't help - would be handy if there was direct support to the PBSA smoothwall folks themselves
