... “UKTV U&Gold Crackers Competition 2025” (the “Competition”). The judging panel will be looking for the most original, family friendly festive jokes that put a comedy twist on the news agenda or popular culture over the last year (2025).

 

METHOD OF ENTRY & COMPETITION TERMS:

 

Entry is free of charge via email to an email address created for the competition: [email protected].

 

To enter via email, the entrant must email their original cracker joke (the “Joke”) to the email address created for the competition (each an “Entry”). The Joke must be festive, suitable for a family audience, and topical. It must be no longer than 140 characters in total. Multiple entries will be accepted. No more than two entries from any one participant will be eligible for a place on the shortlist to go to public vote.

 

The Competition will be open between 09:00 Thursday 30 October 2025 to 23:59 Monday 17 November 2025 inclusive (the “Competition Period”)...

 

PRIZE:

 

There will be 10 prize winners (the “Winners”) based on the 10 highest-rated Jokes.

 

The entrant with the highest rated Joke will be the first Winner and will receive the following:

• £1,500 lastminute.com voucher;
• 1 x festive food & drink hamper (of value up to £100); and
• 1 x box of bespoke Gold Christmas crackers (with the top 6 winning jokes),

(the “First Prize”).

 

The 9 runners up will all receive:

• 1 x festive food & drink hamper (of value up to £100); and
• 1 x box of bespoke Gold Christmas crackers (with the top 6 winning jokes),

(the “Second Prize”).

 

The First Prize and the Second Prize are together the “Prize”.

 

The winning jokes may also be featured on-air during U&Gold ad-breaks...
