Paper cut printing archiving

Hello just wanted to ask what you all do with Paper cut printing archiving when you reach a year of archiving 

 

please can you let us know

Ours are on a 30 day retention; it's only really used for troubleshooting and tracking down misuse, with the occasional "crap, I've printed something and deleted/lost the original" recovery, so doesn't need to be much more. Also means it's less to worry about for data protection retention issues.

We also disable it entirely for admin staff to avoid confidential information being made accidentally visible (for example, if I'm checking the logs for our admin printer, it's not great if I see my own P45 being printed out by our HR manager )
