Boots into Safe Mode - not Wins 10

Think I made a boo boo

 

Fiddled with efi or UEFI stuff

 

Now won't boot into Wins 10 normal mode

 

See pic for partitions - Windows seems to be in the D drive now

 

There is a FAT32 which when given a drive letter in Diskpart actually has an efi directory

 

Computer is set to secure boot

Looks like you’ve got a bit of a bootloader mix-up there — nothing too scary though. 😊
From that list vol, your EFI partition (the 100MB FAT32 one) isn’t properly linked to your current Windows install — likely because of switching between Legacy/UEFI or an old Win7 boot partition still hanging around.

Try this fix:

Boot from a Windows 10/11 install USB.

Choose Repair your computer → Troubleshoot → Command Prompt.

Run the following commands:
diskpart
list vol
exit

Note which drive is your Windows install (looks like E:) and which one is the EFI (the 100MB FAT32 — probably F:).

Then rebuild the boot files:

bcdboot E:\Windows /s F: /f UEFI
That tells Windows to copy fresh boot files to the EFI partition and relink everything.

Reboot, go into BIOS, and make sure UEFI mode and Secure Boot are enabled. You should see “Windows Boot Manager” appear again as a boot option.

That should get you booting normally.
If it doesn’t, double-check you don’t have both Legacy and UEFI boot entries competing for attention — the system can get confused fast when both are enabled.
