Those that have got Arbor and are a Google school or Trust, have you got Arbor syncing / creating Google Classes from the MIS?

We had it with Bromcom and it worked without any issues.

However it's a different story with Arbor. We are now half a week into the new school year. Arbor have washed their hands of this setup and passed us on to a company called North27. Part of me feels like this company has ghost staff or there is only 1 person running the business. It seems no one works for the company, or at lesst answers the phone or emails anyway.

My staff are getting increasing frustrated that Google Classrooms is not set up yet and we have not even touched any set up or configuration work.

I must say, I'm beyond disappointed as an IT Ops Manager who has had nothing but issues and disappointment from Arbor so far - poor showing Arbor, poor showing.

If anyone out there is using Arbor to populate Google Classrooms and sync in students and staff, can you let me know of the process and how long it took to get set up so I can give our staff a bit of information.

We don't use Arbor here (SIMS) but we are currently haing simillar issues with groups syncing from SIMS into Google. This seems to happen every year.

A few years ago I looked at this and found OK Goldy to do it manually. Its a bit of a faf, but worked then, and I'm possibly looking into using it again this year to get them populated if ESS don't get back to me with an answer today.

North27 have got back to me - seems to have been a mis-understanding.
