Accelerated Reader Export to Excel

I am looking for a way to easily export the whole school user list from Accelerated Reader into Excel. I can already get a password list saved by class but that only outputs to a printer or a PDF whereas I need it in Excel and if possible I would like the list to contain first name, last name, username and class.

You could try adding a new printer, use LPT1, and for the driver select "Generic" in the manufacturer and "Generic / Text Only" for the printer and ensure when printing that you print to file. That will at least get you text output, although you might have to get Excel to format it nicely depending on the structure. Sorry but I don't knwo Accelerated Reader so I don't know what options it has for export or print.

Thanks I’ve sort of managed it but it’s a pain. First export a class password list as pdf then open pdf in MS word. Select and copy the table that contains the data and paste into excel. Save that as csv. Next open the csv in notepad or notepad++ and using search and replace remove any quotes. Save the file and open again in excel. Change the header as necessary.
