Been a customer of I.S. for many a year now. Never had any fuss re ordering, warranties (the one-and-a-half times I ever needed warranty stuff,) pricing, very little marketing (some of it actually quite useful.) Occasionally will touch base, never do harass me. Almost glad they're "out there" now! Felt like they were one of the best kept secrets in infrastructure!

 

If you want a switch/server/friendly quote they're at the top of my go-to list. Worth a good look IMO.

Really appreciate you taking the time to share this — it means a lot. Happy to hear things have been smooth over the years, and that the occasional touch-base or bit of marketing hasn’t felt like noise. It’s good to be on your shortlist when you need gear or a quick quote. We’ve always tried to keep things simple, useful, and human — nice to know that’s come through.

Nice words for Intelligent Servers from me too, their quick response and shipping of some urgently required RAID cards saved us a lot of headaches last summer
