Whats going on with ESS?!?!

Is anyone else finding ESS absolutely uncontactable? 

 

Me and 2 of my schools are unable to contact ESS at all.... Their contact us form no longer seems to get a response, we have no working contact numbers for them, Cannot seem to get in contact with the company at all, Can anyone please assist?

They've migrated to a new support portal - https://help.parentpaygroup.com/csm

 

It can be a struggle getting yourself registered with an account - @SIMS_Customer_Support was very helpful with getting me set up, when we were having the problems shown in this thread.
