Veyon on Windows Server 2016: Installation, Server EXE, and Remote Access?

Can I install Veyon in my Windows 16 Server?

Does Veyon come with a server (.EXE)?

 

Also, can I use it to connect to other computers that are not in my network? maybe via VPN or whatever. I am new to this.
