sccm device icon question mark

Hi All

Not sure if this belongs to win 11 or SCCM forum but we have a collection of PCs with a question mark as the icon when on sccm. It's just the one batch of PCs the rest have the tick, they don't seem to be talking back properly to sccm as the software centre doesn't have any software in there and the updates don't push out. This is just one batch of PCs the rest are fine, I've tried re-installing the SCCM client back on and reimaged the machines but have the same issue. I've double checked our boundaries and they fall within this so not sure what to do

 Any help would be much appreciated
