Zabbix - Help with labels on maps

So I have started pulling together a map and have some links in place - would like to have the speeds appearing on the links - have seen plenty of youtube videos but for the life of me I cannot get it working.

 

Uplink Port on switch I want to display some info on the link is Port 49 and the link info is using the following - {a1-ubnt-edgeswitch:net.if.out[ifOutOctets.49].last()}

 

I've tried last(0) and still nothing.

 

Is there a setting somewhere I need to enable to get labels to show snmp info?

I haven't used it recently but I thought a few versions back they changed the formatting of the queries so I wonder if you've viewing the older version on the videos etc

So it'd be something now like: 

{?last(/a1-ubnt-edgeswitch/net.if.out[ifHCOutOctets.49])}
