Is anyone going to the DTX Show in Manchester on Thursday 03rd April?

I wasn`t sure which forum to put this in as the DTX show covers most if not all the categories........

 

Millgate aren`t exhibiting directly but will be at the event supporting our partners.  If you aren`t aware of the DTX show, you can get more info here.........

In addition though - Millgate have hired a venue round the corner for after show drinks, bites and games - to help with the wait for train home or just to keep you entertained a little longer.

 

Even if you aren`t a client of Millgates already, thats OK, we`d still love to meet you.

Yeah I`m sorry about the short notice - I guess it`s more for people that were going anyway and then would they like to join us for a bit of a social afterwards thats all.

I think the space we have booked can handle about 50 people and we`ve got space for more to attend so thought we`d open it up to Edugeek folk too 🙂

I only really heard about DTX last year as one of my partners works in industry and went to the one in London.

 

Is it worthwhile for education techs to go? Is it similar to BETT? I don't know of anyone in education that had heard of it, let alone been.

I`m not 100% sure - I guess all the info is on the website and you`d have to decide for yourself.

 

I get the impression some people will say DTX is imperative for EDU and others will say it`s a waste of time for EDU!  As is often the way...........
