Jobos Posted March 11, 2025 Posted March 11, 2025 The students use Chromebooks which on the whole work fine and I'm sort of getting to know the system after being here a few months. The problem I have now is logging on to Google via a PC using their credentials and I have tested with a student and staff Google logon. On testing once the email address has been entered instead of asking for the password it brings up a Wonde logon with an emoji and magic badge. We use Mylogin which is part of Wonde on the Chromebooks but it doesn't need to be shown when logging on a PC. Where would the setting be for this on the Google admin console? Thanks.
Patrick Posted March 11, 2025 Posted March 11, 2025 If I remember correctly, when setting up the SSO you configure the user accounts policy in google admin to redirect to SSO, it's something in there. I'll have a look later on for the policy. 1

You want your teachers/staff OU to be set to "None (Users will sign in with Google)" 1

You want your teachers/staff OU to be set to "None (Users will sign in with Google)" That's the one! I changed it so SSO applies only to students and it tested fine. Thanks both for your help.
