Hi all,

Hopefully a simple question (but my Google skills are failing me this morning... must not have had enough coffee... ) but I'm trying to work out how to get a report/check the status of a configuration change that's been made to Chromebooks.

Usually with Jamf Pro/Jamf School/Intune there is a fairly obvious status page available for the selected profile/app/config so you can easily tell the devices that have received the change/applied it/stuck/not talked in. Is the same sort of thing available within Google for Chromebooks?

Thanks,

Stephen

Would the following help?

Go to Google Admin Console (admin.google.com).

Navigate to Reports → Audit and Investigation → Admin log.

Filter by Event Name (e.g., "Updated Organizational Unit settings").

Look for changes related to Chromebook settings.

Is this for one device or several?

e.g.

In Admin Console, go to Devices → Chrome → Devices.

Find the Chromebook by searching for its serial number or user.

Click on the device to see the last sync time and applied policies.

If it's a large number of Chromebooks you are checking, GAM will probably be a good bet.

Ahh thanks - yeah the last sync time will do. I just exported that from there and was good enough. Appreciated!
