M365 - Legacy MRM Retention Tags + Online Archives

Morning all,

 

Lovely sunny day, not enough coffee yet!

 

I have 2 old school MRM Retention Tags in Office 365 / Purview setup for mailboxes regarding 2 year online archive all emails and deletion of emails in Delete Items greater than 5 years.

 

The archiving 2 years works fine however the 5 year delete emails in deleted items does not seem to be working, have left it a week and a half. Still seeing deleted items in my Online Archive mailbox from + years ago.

 

Anyone else running a few of these and seeing results on the Online Archives? From what I have read they should work on both live and Online Archive mailbox however i'm not seeing that.
