MECM/SCCM updated PKI causing issues

Good morning all,

 

Over the half term, our PKI certificates were renewed. Since then, when building a PC from our MECM servers, the Confguration Manager client shows client certificate: None (whilst normally it wold show Client certificate: PKI)

 

I'm not sure what has caused this or what we have missed when doing this, however hoping the hive mind on here can offer some insight into how I can resolve it
