PotNoodleTech Posted April 28, 2025 Posted April 28, 2025 Confused. So is it Senior IT Tech role or IT Manager Role as the two roles are not the same and not paid the same in most places?
Will_Townsend Posted April 28, 2025 Posted April 28, 2025 Sorry for creating confusion here. The post's title is Technical Support Manager however applications for aspiring manager's would also be welcome if someone is looking for a step up and perhaps are willing to look at the bottom of the salary range. I have been told that the role doesn't have to start at the bottom of the scale so is negotiable anywhere within that range.
PotNoodleTech Posted April 28, 2025 Posted April 28, 2025 The advert doesnt help avoid the confusion.
Will_Townsend Posted April 28, 2025 Posted April 28, 2025 Thanks for the feedback, will amend shortly
