Bug in privacy and security settings

There seems to to a bug with the Local Network settings in Privacy and Security in Sequoia - in there I have about 20 copies of Google Chrome (and a handful of copies of other apps, but only one of each)

 

The problem is my Chrome will not allow me to access any IPs on my local network anymore - it doesn't matter whether Chrome is enabled in the Privacy section or not, I just get err_address_unreachable for anything like wireless APs, NAS boxes etc

 

I can't remove any of these multiple Chromes either. There are some Apple docs about this but they're massively out of date and the tccutil reset doesn't work since Macos 15 either

 

Anyone see this and found any workarounds, apart from ditching Chrome until they fix the issue!
