Synology 365 Backup

Wondering if anyone else has come across this before on the Active 365 Backup

 

On our Synology NAS we use the Active 365 backup for all of our Teams/Groups/Users.. I've noticed that there are a few Teams which aren't visible in the "Sharepoint" list, but are in the Team/Group list. Due to them not being in the sharepoint list the files etc are not backed up... I've tried refreshing the list & the site does not appear.

Yes I have had it and for me was fixed by updating the software to the latest version.

 

That was a few months ago though so unsure of the versions numbers.

Already running latest DSM, plus latest update for Active Backup app. Tried restarting the NAS also I'll wait a few days and see if it does pop up
